ZMS The Academy Text Messaging Program
ZMS The Academy — Effective date: October 28, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the SMS/text messaging program operated by ZMS The Academy ("ZMS," "we," "us"), a vocational school located at 2228 E. Cesar E. Chavez Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90033. By opting in to receive text messages from ZMS The Academy, you agree to these terms.
Program name and consent
Program name: ZMS The Academy Student Notifications.
By choosing to opt in through a verified consent process, you agree to receive informational text messages from ZMS The Academy at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of enrollment.
1. Program Description
When you opt in to the ZMS The Academy messaging program, you will receive text messages related to your inquiry or enrollment, which may include: replies to questions you text or submit through our website, admissions and enrollment information, appointment and tour reminders, class schedule and attendance notifications, financial aid reminders, and occasional school announcements.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the school. You will not receive more messages than are reasonably necessary to serve your inquiry or enrollment.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan. ZMS The Academy does not charge for the messages themselves.
4. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to you. If you wish to rejoin, you can opt in again at any time as described on our SMS Opt-In Information page.

6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and network availability.
7. Eligibility and Compatibility
This program is intended for recipients in the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older, or who have the consent of a parent or guardian. The service is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all carriers or devices.
8. Privacy
Our use of the information you provide, including your mobile phone number, is governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
